Hazardous Materials Operations Class 

Members of the Harristown Fire Protection District attended the 40 Hour Hazardous Materials Operations class hosted

by the Decatur Fire Department and instructed by the University of Illinois Fire Service Institute.

Fire Chief Steve Gambrill, Battalion Chief Mark Nixon, Battalion Chief Mark Hall, Lieutenant Zach Page

Firefighters Adam Rice, Josh Rose, James Nidiffer,  Mike Smith,

John Gambrill and Steve Logan all attended and passed the State Certification.  Harristown personnel were

joined in the class with Firefighters from Warrensburg FPD, Hickory Point FPD and Pawnee FPD.
