| The
Harristown Fire Protection District celebrated it's 50th
anniversary in 2008. The official date of the District being
formed is April 21 of 1958. In celebration of 50 years of
service, the Harristown Fire Protection District held a Special
50th Anniversary Open House at the Harristown Fire Station and
Training Facility (4417 West Main Street) on Sunday, June 8th,
2008.
We thank everyone that came and celebrated with us. We were
glad you to came to our house for a change.
