| On September 26, 2009, Assistant
Chief Mark Nixon & Firefighter Cody Willis participated in a Ride Along
with Battalion Chief Thomas Kennedy of the Chicago Fire Department. B/C
Kennedy is assigned to Battalion 3 which is located north west of
Downtown Chicago. B/C Kennedy has long supported Harristown
personnel with Ride Alongs, which allows HFPD Personnel see more action
and learn from the Ride Alongs. Lt. Josh Rose participated in a Ride Along with Squad Company 5 in the Southside of Chicago on the same day. |

| Battalion 3 participated in a Drill with Several Companies including the Collapse Rescue Rig & responded to three High Rise Incidents, Automatic Fire Alarm and Investigation of Over Crowding at a Night Club. |
